The Noah Hodgin Story of Success.
After ten exciting years as a successful personal trainer, Noah Hodgin decided to apply the multitude of information he knows about health, wellness, and fitness to the goals and aspirations of the thousands of people he met through the many networking platforms and meetings he has founded.
Noah was inspired to become a Wellness Coach through his own experiences in high school & college where he spent many years on the wrestling team. This was when he discovered his passion for fitness and helping others to meet their health and fitness goals. In 2010 Noah took some time off to help care for his grandparents. In 2014 Noah had surgery on his right elbow, causing him to have his own weight issues. Noah realized he still had a passion for helping people reach their goals through health and fitness.He has grown as a person and as he now has a greater understanding of how to help his clients. With over 15 years of coaching experience Noah is now accepting clients who are ready to make a lifestyle change.

Wellness coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client, a relationship designed to help clients take action towards fulfilling results in their personal goals. Differences exist between coaching and therapy. Coaching focuses on present and future needs, whereas therapy deals with painful aspects of the past. So the question becomes: Do you only want to understand your issues or do you want to also change? Wellness Coaching is therefore a partnership between the coach and the client.
My twelve-week program provides a solid foundation for people struggling with their weight. The program helps people create meaningful lives with healthier copying strategies. eliminating reasons to overeat or medicate with food. The program inspires, informs, and supports you to succeed in being your best weight. My coaching uses a process of inquiry and personal discovery to build the client’s level of awareness and responsibility and provides the client with structure, support and feedback.
